We typically start the morning with an energizing Pilates class followed by a delicious breakfast.

Feel free to explore the most visited national park in Costa Rica, enjoy the spa, go sailing, ATV, or simply visit the nearby beautiful beaches.

In the late afternoon we meet for a relaxing yoga class followed by dinner.
